Pricing questions
What counts as a member?
Anyone with a workspace role: owner, admin or member. Guests invited to a single board are not members. The Free plan allows 3 members; Pro is billed per member.
How is Pro billed?
Per member, monthly at $8 or yearly at $6 per member per month ($72 per member per year), in advance, in US dollars. Seat changes are reflected on your next invoice.
Can I try Pro before paying?
Yes. Every new workspace starts with 14 days of Pro, no card required. When it ends the workspace moves to Free by itself; nothing is deleted, and you can start Pro from the Billing page whenever you like.
What happens if I downgrade or a payment fails?
Your workspace returns to Free limits. Nothing is deleted. Members beyond 3 become read-only until an owner chooses who stays, private boards and API keys are kept but frozen. Failed payments get 14 days of retries before that happens.
Refunds?
Full refund of your first paid charge if you ask within 14 days. Duplicate or mistaken charges are refunded in full. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. See the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Do you charge tax?
Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax or VAT is added at checkout where the payment provider is required to collect it. The provider's name appears on your receipt.

Is there a discount for non-profits or education?
